The game and your account

Billionaire Board is free to play. Your account is created anonymously and tied to the app install on your device; uninstalling the app or changing phones may start a new account.

Coins and virtual items

Coins and items exist only inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred outside the game.

Cosmetic items never change the rules or your chances of winning.

Conduct

While playing, you must not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the app or the server.
• Use offensive, harassing or unlawful names.
• Impersonate anyone.

Enforcement

We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The game's name, logo, art, sound and code belong to Kylan Studio. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play.

Provided as is

We work to keep the game running well, but we do not promise the online service will always be available or error-free. Online features may change or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the effective date. Playing after that date means you accept the new terms.
