Privacy Policy

Data we process

You never need an email address, phone number or password to play.

• An anonymous identifier: the first time you open the game, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account for the app on your device.
• Your in-game profile: the display name you choose, your portrait, coins, items you own and wear, your friend code, friends, friend requests and players you recently met.
• Your device's country or region (a two-letter code from the phone's region setting): saved to your profile when you join an online table, so friends and tablemates see a flag next to your name.
• Online games: moves stay in the server's memory only while the game runs and are not kept afterwards.
• Push notifications: if you allow them, your device's push token and notification language are linked to your game account through the KyLan Noty service.
• Usage data: Firebase Analytics (Google) collects in-game events (screens, games, coins, ads), device information and an app-instance identifier; these events are linked to your game account id.
• Advertising: when you watch a rewarded ad for the daily gift, AppLovin processes your device's advertising identifier (the IDFA on iPhone if you allow tracking, the Android advertising ID), device information, IP address and ad interactions to serve and measure ads.
• Technical logs: our server and hosting providers may log IP addresses and access times to run and protect the service.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data. The game sells nothing for real money. Its only ad is a rewarded ad before the daily gift.

• Running your account, online games, matchmaking and private rooms.
• Keeping your coins, daily gift and cosmetic items.
• Friends, showing friends when you are online, and room invitations.
• Notifying you of friend requests and room invitations while the game is closed.
• Serving and measuring rewarded ads.
• Understanding how the game is used, to fix bugs and improve it.
• Preventing cheating and abuse.

Offline play

Games against AI and pass-and-play games run entirely on your device. The device keeps your settings (language, sound, music, haptics, camera), your latest look and what it needs to rejoin an online game in progress in a local file; uninstalling the app deletes it.

Ad and tracking choices

On iPhone, the game asks whether you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency) on first launch; if you decline, the IDFA is not shared. In the EU and the UK you are asked for consent before ads are shown (Google UMP) and can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings.

Service providers

These services process data on our behalf, under their own policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics) and Google UMP (consent form) — policies.google.com/privacy
• AppLovin (rewarded ads) — applovin.com/privacy
• KyLan Noty — push notifications
• The hosting provider that stores account data

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. When you ask us to delete it (see Support), within 30 days we delete the account: name, portrait, coins, items, friend code, country, friends, friend requests, recently met players and the link to your Firebase id. Analytics data is kept by Google for the Firebase Analytics retention period.

Your rights

• Change your name and portrait at any time in the game.
• Ask for a copy of your account data, or its deletion, by email (see below).
• Turn notifications off in your phone's Settings.
• Uninstall the app to delete the data stored on your device.

Children

Billionaire Board is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
